Emily Rutherford, a graduate of Hebron HS in Carrollton is another Flagship Scholar.  She is majoring in Biological Sciences with hopes of going to dental school.    Emily has pledged Kappa Kappa Gamma and works on campus in the biology labs.  “I am so thankful for the recognition of this scholarship”
