43rd Annual LSU Alumni Dallas Crawfish Boil

For 43 years, members of the LSU Alumni Association Dallas Chapter have gathered for our annual crawfish boil, in typical Louisiana style. Family crawfish boils are something of a hallowed tradition in Louisiana. Our alumni and friends know there is no better way to celebrate our LSU family than to get together for some music, games, and good eatin’. Our crawfish boil is a party with a purpose!

The annual crawfish boil is the biggest fundraiser for the Dallas Alumni Chapter, and the money raised supports our scholarship program. Each year, the Dallas chapter awards 3 four-year scholarships to high school seniors from the Dallas area who plan to attend our beloved university.

Your attendance at the crawfish boil helps us continue the LSU Tiger tradition in the Dallas area! Come help us support the future of LSU and our Texas Tigers, and get you some finger lickin’ good food while you’re at it! Laissez les Bon Temps Rouler!

Great Food

Over 3,000 lbs of Louisiana’s best crawfish, potatoes and corn to be cooked on site. For those wanting a variety of food options, you will have two choices of tickets. ICX will have food options available for those who don’t wish to partake in the crawfish:

Adult Menu: 1) Double Smashburger w fries, 2) Chicken Tenders w fries, or 3) 8 piece wings

Kids Menu: 1) Cheeseburger. w fries and a soft drink, 2) Chicken Tenders w fries and a soft drinks
