- I played soccer all 4 years, was varsity captain my senior year and was named first team all district for district 9-5A
- I was a member of NHS
- I totaled over 100 service hours in my high school career to earn the service chord by graduation

I chose LSU because I have grown up around the school, whether it was the 9 years I lived in Baton Rouge, coming in for games on Saturdays or just visiting family. It was always my dream to come to LSU, and I’ve always considered it home away from home. I love the campus, and the culture down here is welcoming and everyone loves to have a good time. I also felt that the honors college would give me some unique opportunities that I wouldn’t find elsewhere, and help me to be successful. This first semester has been a great time, and I can’t wait for the rest of my four years.
